Our nappy bag

I have a thing about nappy bags. So far we've had 4 different bags as I always see a different one I like and want it! I first had the Babymoov changing bag, but then I decided I wanted a backpack rather than a handbag so I chose the J'adore mon bebe from Amazon. I decided I wasn't 100% sold on this backpack so I looked around and saw the Babymel Robyn backpack and loved how it looked! I used the Babymel Robyn for months, but then I realised it wasn't as structured as I wanted so I started looking around for a new backpack.

I came across the River Island black zip around backpack and loved how it looked and how structured it was! It cost £35 which I thought was very reasonable, especially since I will probably see another backpack I like more. If this does happen (which it most probably will in a few months time) I will still use this for my things and have a separate bag for Teddy.

What I liked about this backpack is that it can be worn across the body, as well as on the back. As the strap can go across the body, it can easily hang over the handle of the pram. I always wear it as a backpack, but it's nice to have the option. I has 2 compartments. One is a big section, where I keep a changing mat, nappies, wipes, spare clothes, a toy, a muslin cloth, bottle and my purse. The other section is smaller but is still big enough for my diary, card purse, lipstick, mirror and keys. There is an inside zip pocket in the bigger section where I keep teething gel and nappy rash cream, just in case as I'd rather have them on me, than be without it. I picked up a black pompom from H&M as Teddy loves to play with the one my sister has on her key ring. He is always playing with it and chewing it, and I'm planning on putting the teething pineapple on there too so he hassomething else to play with.
